This is one of the most pathetic hospitals. They seem to be sitting here only to extract money from patients and harass their families. The doctors here are completely unprofessional. No one seems to have proper understanding or concern; it feels like they are just running a business. My brother-in-law has been admitted here for more than a month, and there has been no improvement so far. They keep demanding money continuously. I sincerely request everyone not to admit or refer their relatives or family members to this hospital, unless you are willing to see your hard-earned savings drained. It would be better to seek treatment at a government hospital rather than coming here. Please take my words seriously. Thanks, Ankur Singh.

My overall experience with the hospital has been good. My mother was suffering from an illness, and after receiving treatment here, her condition has improved significantly. She is not completely recovered yet, but she is much better now, and we have been advised to come for regular check-ups every 3 to 6 months. We are thankful to the doctors and medical staff for their care and support. The diagnosis and treatment process was satisfactory, and the staff was polite and professional. However, one concern I noticed was the management of patient queues. The waiting time was quite long, especially at the final doctor consultation stage. Despite the long queues, the doctor was only able to give around one minute per patient, which felt rushed and did not allow enough time for proper discussion. With better queue management and slightly more consultation time per patient, the overall experience could be improved further. Overall, we appreciate the treatment provided and the improvement in my mother’s health.

I was fine except anger, I had no issues. But my father brought me to Deva institute because he failed at taking responsibility of a father. I came by myself though forced by him but still doctor used sedatives without my consent. I was completely healthy and now I am weak, trembling, weak voice and dizziness. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. And father is a narcissistic along with my husband.
