My name's Emmanuel, I'm 18 years old, I've been suffering from panic disorder and OCD I know that I have these problems but I ignored it unfortunately it kept getting worse every time,So I decided to seek medical help but I'm too shy to go to a psychiatric hospital because I thought about what others will think of me you know, when I searched for the best I found this place, this is the "THE BEST" if you ask me, now I'm getting much better than before, especially Dr. Annadurai sir thanks a lot.✨

Good Doctors, Good Psychiatry Treatment with Very reasonable Cost, but problem lies with the support staff, especially in the Medical. After the opening of the New Hospital Building, the medical staff in psychiatry hospital tend to send the patients/attenders to get the medicine in the New mercy hospital's medical. In which I had to wait, because basically they have to cater service to the patients in that hospital building and sometimes to staff goes to psychiatry medical to get medicine which is not available with them. which is very inconvenient for both the patient/attender and the new hospital medical staff.

I recently visited Mercy Hospital in Trichy with my father, based on a recommendation from a doctor in Chennai. Our experience at the hospital was overwhelmingly positive. From the outset, we were pleased to find that the entry fee for an outpatient visit was very reasonable at ₹600. This affordability was a significant relief. The counselling staff were particularly impressive. They exhibited remarkable patience, taking the time to listen to all our concerns and queries for over two hours. This level of attentiveness and care made us feel heard and supported, which is crucial in a healthcare setting. When we met with the doctor, he was thorough and provided extensive advice regarding my father's condition. His expertise and willingness to explain everything in detail were greatly appreciated. He ultimately prescribed a 30-day course of medication, which we felt confident about following his guidance. Overall, Mercy Hospital offered excellent service, both in terms of medical care and patient support. The affordability, combined with the quality of care provided by both the counsellors and the doctor, makes it a highly recommendable healthcare facility.

Going there for last 4 months.. Got 80% better.. Dr Nithya is very patient with me and explained fully why what and how to get better.. Charges are nominal compared to other hospitals... But reception team has to improve a lot.. No explanation where to go and how long to wait... Pharmacy doesn't have card payment facility and UPI also takes time to verify...

Really great thank for your support and treatment. For my brother has affected by phychiatric issue last one year. He has completely recovered back after treatment of Mercy Hospital. Special thank for Mrs.Nithya madam.
