Don't take therapy from her, I have been crying everyday since 2019 due to some trauma i have difficulty getting over, I even cried during my 1 hour section that costed 1400 ruppees, yet at the end it felt like talking about this to my next door neighbor aunty would have been wayyy better than spending 1.4K ruppees for a single session. She even mindlessly prescribed like 5 medicines after a single session, i felt very dismissed by her as if she didn't even care. I wished she would have been less judgemental and more patient with me. It was a one hour session that costed a thousand rupees, there was enough time to listen to me but she didn't even let me finish crying or kindly ask me oh no why are u so sad, or guide me forward. Nothing at all. She did give me some exercises but the exercise was so useless. I came here after seeing all those good reviews but such a bad experience. She asked me to come after two weeks like hell i would spend more money to feel dismissed and rushed and judged by someone.
