The experience at Atreya Hospital was very reassuring. Doctors listened patiently to our concerns and guided us well. The hospital atmosphere is positive and calm.
We are extremely thankful to Dr. Ramkumar Menon for his expert care. His approach was professional yet compassionate, and the outcome of the treatment was very good.
Dr Padmanabhan the vascular surgeon is the worst doctor in the world when it comes to manners. Completely insults you when in private. I am a woman and be called me ‘baby’ multiple times and asked if I was alone and with anyone outside. Came to him for consultation and he didn’t look at any reports , ultrasounds or blood tests and said he could tell I was okay just by looking at me. When I requested that he listen to my symptoms he came close to me and started raising his voice about how he had 50 years of experience and all that. Horrible horrible. Never see him especially if you are a girl.
"I recently had the privilege of receiving top-notch care at Atreya Hospital for my mother’s surgery, and I can't speak highly enough of the entire experience! From the moment I arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The facilities were spotless and state-of-the-art, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay except the slow and busy elevator and bystander bed that i already raised a complaint. The surgical team, led by Dr. Ramkumar absolute pros. Their expertise and care put my mother at ease, and the procedure was a breeze. And the immense care and attention from the cardiology Dr. Babu a gem person . The nursing staff were angels in scrubs - attentive, compassionate, and always one step ahead. Each and every staffs done their side one step head. Mr. Bibin (pro) was always give incredible care and support in our entire hospital journey. We were back home in no time, feeling happy after the surgery. Thank you, team Atreya 🙏
The doctors, nurses, pharmacists, maintenance / catering personnel all have a sense of purpose, a passion to serve, drive, and most importantly compassion towards the patients and the bystanders. The hospital has excellent facilities and great staff and we are blessed to have our family member treated here who got the best care. We are ever grateful to all what you’ve done for us and thank you for giving me an opportunity to provide this feedback.
