My name is Vasumathi and I am a Yoga consultant and therapist,I just completed my PG Diploma in counseling from CCS Academy and it has been one of the most insightful experiences I have gone through, i finished my Msc in counseling and Psychotherapy just before this and wanted some practical experience, so i joined, but i didn't realize that Karthik sir had created an entire model out of the multitudes of Psychology concepts and ideologies. This was an entire new world for me. His model of understanding the Personality modes and applying the particular theories is so useful, that i have already started using it in my classes. My Care seeker have definitely benefited from the insights that i have been able to help them come up with. The live counseling sessions have been really useful for us to understand where we need to work on ourselves as counselors. CBT techniques have really fascinated me, but i also really like the Feeling dominated approaches and Behavior dominated approaches . I have also found there were a lot of commonalities in our Yoga Sutra texts and the models that were given. Karthik Sir's quick wit made the heavy topics feel a little lighter. Parameshwari mam and Haleema mam brought in their own flavor of understanding and teaching techniques to the class and enriched us. I Thank Karthik Sir, Parameshwari Mam and Haleema Mam, and all the team for making this experience seamless and enjoyable. Finally i would really like to thank Karthik Sir for not Gatekeeping and providing us this opportunity to learn with him.

I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Madras University. I joined the PG Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at CCS Academy to gain practical knowledge and proper guidance. This course was a perfect blend of theory and hands-on learning. All the modules were well-curated and highly informative. The trainers were very supportive and patiently cleared all our doubts. The Easy Integration Model helped me understand how to plan and structure a counselling session effectively. This course has definitely boosted my confidence as a counselling psychologist. My name is Surendhar. I participated in the 79th batch of CCS's PG Diploma program in counseling and psychotherapy. I discovered that the training is quite helpful for those who are just starting out in counseling. The entire course is organized and well-stocked. well-prepared study guides and internet reference videos. Every lesson went really well, with lots of interactive sessions and everyone's active engagement.
