I’m writing this review to share my full and honest experience with Shraddha Counseling Center. I approached this center with complete trust and belief that the counseling and professional guidance would help us resolve our family concerns and bring a positive outcome. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. From the beginning, we genuinely expected the counseling process to continue properly and reach a clear resolution. However, the sessions were not completed, and there has been no proper follow-up or initiative from the counselor/center to move things forward. Even after contacting the center multiple times, the response was repeatedly the same: “Arrange a meeting”—but after that there was no progress, no confirmed plan, no counselling continuity, and no clear next steps. Till now, we have not received any meaningful update, feedback, or direction from the counselor’s side. When someone reaches out for counseling, it usually means they are already under stress and looking for support. In my case, I felt we were left hanging without proper guidance, and it started to feel like the issue was being avoided rather than handled professionally. I want to be clear: I am not writing this to attack or insult anyone personally. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, because I truly believe feedback is important for improvement and growth. But based on my experience—lack of follow-up, lack of progress, and lack of support—I cannot recommend Shraddha Counseling Center. My suggestion to others: please research carefully, verify services properly, and don’t choose a counseling center based only on social media videos or promotions.
I have been trying for the last three days to get an appointment. A lady named xxxxx picks up occasionally, maybe once in 100 attempts. She collects some information, but there's no further progress. I've been trying both WhatsApp and phone calls, but I still haven't been successful in getting an appointment. It's been a disappointing experience. Edit: I was requested to remove the employee's name. I didn’t intend to hurt anyone. I only wanted to share honest feedback about my experience.

Shraddha having a good counseling environment and providing the best service is the place I always prefer. So without hesitation one can go for it, if one requires counselling for their family or dear and near.
