Worst hospital in hyderabad especially worst doctor vijay Seshadri Please aware before consulting
I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I first met with Dr. Phani Prasant Mulakaluri (psychiatrist), and the session left me feeling unheard and dismissed. He mainly spoke with my mother and didn’t give me a chance to explain my side of the story. When I tried to speak, he said, "I don't have time to listen to what you have to say." It felt extremely biased and unprofessional — mental health care should involve listening to the actual patient. After that, I was referred to another consultant at the same hospital. However, she left the session shortly after it began, saying she had another meeting. We had paid separately for this consultation, which was a complete waste of both time and money. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional care and support, but instead felt ignored, rushed, and let down
I want to give 0 stars , this is how bad this hospital is. I went to this hospital and they force you to eat medicines even though you don't have any mental disease. The staff is the worst they don't have respect and keep staring at you deadly especially the cleaning lady and they scream and shout at you. The doctors don't listen to your story and opinions. I hope you don't suffer here. This is a prison.
I visited Chetana Hospital, Secunderabad, to support my uncle who was admitted as a patient. On the night of 26 July 2025 I tried to enter the hospital around 1:00 AM to relieve another family member who was attending the patient. I rang the bell multiple times (more than 10) and called the hospital number (3 times), but the door was not opened for over 30 minutes. When I was finally allowed in, the ward boy on duty behaved rudely, questioned my timing, and became aggressive. I requested Dr. B.Philip Kumar(MBBS , DPM) to look into the matter and asked if the behavior of the staff was appropriate. Unfortunately, he supported their actions and told me I was disturbing others by coming at that time. His words and tone were disappointing, especially during such a sensitive situation. As a family member caring for a patient, I expected basic respect, communication, and support. Instead, I felt humiliated and helpless. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that Chetana Hospital improves their staff behavior, communication at night, and overall patient family support. Mental health and emergency care require more compassion and professionalism—especially from senior doctors.
I had been admitted to two other hospitals before but there was no sign of improvement. In Chetana Hospital I was treated 90% within 2 months. Thanks to Dr Vijay Seshadri of Chetana Hospital
