my brother med a road accident. first we are going to govt hospital than we reached neuro foundation hospital. best hospital. now he's is doing good. experience doctors and staff. Excellent service. thanks to neuro foundation hospital.
My dad was admitted for post stroke issues, face drooping, vomiting, high BP rise, weakness in left side of the body, high slurryness in speech, even after taking treatment in another hospital. The staff, particularly, physio doctors, in particular, Shankar, were extremely kind to the patients, and the Dr C Prabhakaran and nurses were explaining technicallly in detail. The dietitians were also very helpful in improving my dad's appetite. Many thanks to Sathyamoorthy, Junior Engineer, Neuro foundation for suggesting me out to take treatment here. On the other hand, few things could be improved, reduce noise in the hospital and hygiene in the toilet room by enhancing odor management and providing slippers to all the patients and attenders.
This is a good hospital for neuro treatment and filled with a pleasant environment and kept very clean. All the doctors and nurses behave very courteously and kindly... Also, there is a long waiting time just to buy medicine at the pharmacy; it would be very helpful if this could be made easier as soon as possible.
My son met with an road accident. Then came to neuro foundation hospital for treatment. Everyone doing very well and explained details. Good doctors and staffs. Best hospital in Salem. Overall good treatment.
I appreciate the excellent care provided to patients in the ICU. The staff were attentive and supportive during that critical stage. However, after patients are shifted to the general ward, the level of care seems to decrease. I observed that there were fewer nurses available, and they struggled to manage all patients effectively. Strengthening staffing and support in the general ward would ensure continuity of the same high-quality care that patients receive in the ICU.
