Though appointment rescheduled due to cycle race, road closed, today's experience was worth it OPD staff completed all formalities in no time . Explained all procedures. GPay facilities saved time . Dr. Sneha Tirpude was very polite & listened to my case history, prompt check up & X-ray blood test taken out there only. Medicine packet delivered in lobby. Awaiting follow up on Monday with reports. Surprised by truly world class care. At Canada we went through delay & horrible experience with known relatives. Truly a memorable experience in heart of Pune. All wards, lobby & rest rooms were clean. Grand entrance & reception counter was attentive. No waste of time . Absolutely economical service.24 x 7❤️

I was recently here to get my CLASS 1 RENEWAL done for CPL and here is my experience: Firstly, the staff and doctors are wonderful, warm and welcoming. I must give them that! But, my process took 8 hours. I had three tests: blood, urine and eye checkup which usually take about 2-3 hours even shorter at many other DGCA approved clinics. It’s a renewal, I could understand if it was a Initial/Reinitial. The staff left me hanging for hours making me sit and not updating about the process. My urine sample was taken and process was started after 3 hours of me sitting and waiting for my turn with absolutely no update. I had to start talking to get my process started. Expect delays and no updates. The clinic has recently started taking DGCA medical and seems to still be getting used to on how to conduct various medicals. I’m more than happy to help and accommodate any confusion as I could understand it was new for the the clinic but stretching things from 3 to directly 8-9 hours, no updates had me quite furious by the end. Again the staff was super nice but they need to be a lot more efficient in getting things done at the right time. Warm staff with efficient and smooth procedures will do wonders!

Superb, clean and well-maintained hospital From the moment of our arrival, the clinic's environment instilled confidence that we were in the right place. My spouse was admitted in SR6 for 17 days. The entire floor was superb and immaculately clean. The infrastructure was modern, spacious, and designed for efficiency and comfort. 4. Extremely Warm coordinator Navigating the logistics of medical care can be challenging, but our assigned coordinator, Ms. Vaishali, made the process seamless. She was awesome and proactively assisting us with everything, throughout our stay. Her efficient, personalized support removed a considerable burden, allowing us to focus entirely on patient recovery and well-being. We dint have to step out of our room for any services required. We were provided with everything, at our doorstep. 5. Polite and caring team of floor Doctors and nursing staff The floor Doctors, Dr. Sanam, Dr. Payal, Dr. Saloni, Dr. Vaishnavi, and the nursing staff, including their head, Mrs. Shycy, were very good, attentive and deeply caring, who managed all our needs with professionalism and kindness. Their constant monitoring, quick response times, and compassionate interactions ensured both comfort and effective medical attention around the clock. 6. Very good dieticians and pantry serving food in sterile way We were glad to have met warm and friendly dieticians, specially Anuja, who tailored healthy and nutritious meals on each day of our stay. The pantry staff and their head, Mayur, deserve commendation for serving every meal, in an incredibly sterile way. The meals were delivered with the highest standards of hygiene. 7. Housekeeping was perfect and very clean The work of the housekeeping team was perfect, ensuring that our room was kept spotlessly clean and fresh at all times. In summary, our experience at Ruby Hall Clinic was fantastic in every aspect, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking world-class quality medical care
