Very helpful and kind psychologist. Mam listens patiently, explains things clearly and creates a very safe space during therapy. Highly recommend her..
Ms. Pooja Bhatia is a very much trained professional! Her approach to make her trainees understand concepts was really unique- a completely practical approach. I liked the fact that she carried a calm demeanour, seemed approachable and professional at the same time. I had a very insightful experience with her! There's always room for improvement...so I would suggest to Improve on whatever is there now! Thank you! Best wishes to Samta Mind Care 💐
I just wanted to say thank you for the workshop. It was really helpful. The way you explained how to conduct therapy and what therapists should and shouldn’t do made things very clear. The demo session was especially useful. Playing the role of the therapist helped me understand how it actually feels and what skills are needed. I learned a lot about being present, listening, using silence, and responding thoughtfully. So a big thank you❤️
I attended an Internet Addiction Workshop which was very informative and organised by "Samta Mind Care".The workshop highlighted how excessive use of the internet can negatively affect our mind and behavior. We learned effective ways to control screen time and maintain a balanced lifestyle. The practical tips shared, such as grounding technique, deep breathing and mindful usage are very helpful. This workshop inspired me to reflect on my own internet habits and make positive changes in my daily routine. Overall, it was a meaningful and awareness-building experience for me. "I state thank you to Pooja mam Shivani mam and Khadija mam for organizing this amazing workshop on internet addiction.
For someone like me who has no experience in this field,I was completely blank and wasn't sure how maam would approach the subject and whether it would be of any help to me. But it turned out to be a wonderful experience, the way she taught, highlighting every needed detail and then summarizing all of them in a span of just three months. The one thing that I was really looking forward to was the introduction to psychotherapy part, which in my regard was well covered. The best part learning psychotherapy is that at a certain point you get to know much about your own beliefs and ways to tackle your own problems, and to become your own therapist: ) Thank you maam.
