I know there are several good comments overflowing but if somebody gets benefitted by my comment, so I am writing regarding an issue. I visited Dr. 2 times. 1st time my experience was good, he listened to my problems properly and guided me well. That time I took medicines from there and asked for the bill but they didn't give a proper bill but just an informal paper and the prescription. But 2nd time I told them to give me a proper bill of the medicines in which the GSTIN is mentioned, so that I could submit it to my institute to get the reimbursement. But they told that It's not required to give a proper bill containing GSTIN and kept on arguing that I would get the refund without GSTIN. But in reality this is not the rule. They refused to give me a proper legal bill. Moreover they told me that I won't get those medicines from anyother shop, which made me doubtful. Then I told them I would get those medicines from here if I would not get from any other shop and asked them what is the amount payable if I take them from there. They told it would be around Rs. 900. Then I got all of the medicines (but 2 out of 4 were from different companies but with exactly the same composition) from another shop cost Rs. 700 (approx). These medicines are quite common. I called the Doctor regarding some problem, several times but he didn't pickup the call. Then I called from one of my friend's phone, Dr. recieved and rudely behaved with me just after I told him that I am facing some problems. Then he continued in a raised voice without hearing a single word. He claimed that I misbehaved with his staffs and for that, he would have no connection with me from now on. He kept on yelling, uttering the same words that I misbehaved regarding the GSTIN of the bill and didn't let me speak a single word and disconnected the call. But the truth is I didn't misbehave, I just told that I would purchase those medicines from another place, since they were unable to provide a proper bill. In case I don't get them, I would have to come to them and get those from there. I was extremely puzzled by his behaviour. If a patient is calling you in trouble then being a doctor you have to take the accountability. So the thing is if a patient doesn't purchase medicines from his private shop, then he could behave cheaply. How could a doctor be so irresponsible that he has no concern about his patient just because he/she hadn't bought the medicine from their place? How could a doctor force a patient to buy medicine from a certain place? Yes, he listens to patient 's problem but, till the pateint buys medicine from them paying a greater cost🙃, and if not, then despite being a psychiatrist, he could behave rude to his pateints refusing his accountability... What could be the reason behind not providing a proper bill to the customers?

Any mental illness, the difference starts becoming visible in 3 months, do visit once.
