Healthway Hospital Old Goa

I had a wonderful experience at Healthway hospital. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and treatment provided for my daughter. The Pediatric ICU and ward doctors are excellent with their knowledge and professionalism. I’m grateful to the entire team Dr. Ruby, Dr. Gaonkar, Dr. Farooq, Dr. Swapnil, Dr. Anita, RMO’s, Nurses and staff. The hospital is clean and the facilities are great. A truly positive environment.

Doctors are very good & experienced ones. But the admin, staffs, nurses are all worried only about bills first then work. they must focus on work then bill. even they tell to get things from pharmacy which they use for us only 30% stuffs, other hospitals consider all in hospital charges. They will do scan of 10k with medicines & syringes of worth another 1k, that too you'll get to go inside in installments if any emergency patients come. one can clearly see the money ghost on them... pathetic attitude of hospital staffs. god knows even doctors must be having pressures for sure

I have had back problems for over 20 years that has steadily got worse. I was only able to work 3 weeks in the last 12 months. I went to see Dr. Sambprassad S. Nadkarni, who was recommended to me by a friend, a retired consultant osteopath, here in Goa. I cannot recommend him more highly. He is caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. Above all, he is a good person. He doesn’t believe in surgery unless absolutely necessary but after trying treatment with steroids and physiotherapy concluded surgery would benefit me. He arranged for me to book into Healthway hospital, Old Goa, just days after agreeing to surgery. It’s a mordern well equipped hospital. I was impressed that the performed comprehensive and thorough tests the day before surgery and all the equipment is new and modern. The care in the hospital was brilliant and I could not fault the ward staff on block C. The surgery was a complete success. I had two slipped discs removed and healed so well I didn’t need to stay the full 7 days to recover and was discharged 3 days early. It has made such a difference to my life. I have NO back pain. I can sit, I can drive, I can walk normally AND I will be able to return to work. It has been the best decision I have made in my life. The surgery, hospital fees, pharmaceuticals, tests and everything were remarkably reasonable in monetary terms but the true value of my experience has been that I have got my life back. When it comes to doctor we had very good experience. Bt worst experience with administration fr mis guiding n wasting our full day and specially my father who was operated has to suffer unnecessary. Worst experience we had while taking discharge . Doc had given us discharge in d moring 9 clock and bt nurses n staff they Tld us doc wil come fr visit bt he had already given Tld us prior day moring you can directly take discharge . Thn whn u spoke to administration thy said everything z clear moring I wl give u papers n everting wil be done bt staff misguided us so we have to wait from moring 9am till evening 7.30pm unnecessarily. Til 7.30 pm in d eving my father was waited fr thr formalities . Just becoz f insurance. We Tld thm we are ready to paying full amount in cash thy dnt allowed us Tld ys not possible as it Sunday not possible so my father has to wait frn 9pm to evening 7.30 my Father was waiting fr discharge . D most worst experienced. Request authorities kindly take action .
