had an extremely disappointing experience with both the mental health provider and the staff at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I wasn’t being treated with the respect and care I deserve. The doctor was dismissive of my concerns, and I didn’t feel heard during my appointment. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, which only added to my frustration. Mental health is such an important and sensitive issue, and I expected a higher level of empathy and support. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling more distressed rather than supported. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking mental health care and will be looking elsewhere for help moving forward
Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was very disappointing. Everything about the visit felt off — from the lack of attention and empathy to the poor communication. I did not feel heard or understood, and the care provided was far below what I expected. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this aspect of my treatment
I have had awful experience with the management. I needed the session I was on their medication despite calling several times they were ignorant and did not care to schedule session. The doctor himself told me dont stop the medicine abruptly, yet he is negligent enough to not schedule a consultation when I am constantly calling and asking for further steps. Very irresponsible.
Let me share my experience! I myself and a family member of mine had gone to him. Talking about me, I had some issues, which i wanted to talk about to the therapist. Still they made me meet the Psychiatrist ( dr samant) and he diagnosed that I have no major Psiachaitric issue ( which I already knew) , he prescribed me 5000 worth of medicines, for what i asked, he said these are multivitamins and amino acids which your brain cannot manufacture itself! We trusted. After that, what bothered me is his behavior, I told something about me and got to know that he discussed that with my family member who was also visiting the same Psychiatrist as a different patient. So , he gossiped about whatever i said that too in a misinterpreted way ! That was unprofessional. Secondly he called out my husband jolingly for having me and that family member and how unfortunate he is ( ye toh dono ko jhel raha hai) Something like that All this made me perceive him like a red flag person, who, i think, if cannot sympathise with someone's problem as a human, cannot treat them as patient but i had no knowledge to judge him as a doctor and my family member was literally his patient and not me. My experience was not that bad with the therapist But my family member, who was suffering from depression, was literally pushed into bipolar by his medicines and when those medicines were too strong for her to continue her daily life in a conscious manner, he literally excused her, as i remember, that if he stops those, then she is going to get an attack. That was her situation! He made her got addicted to his medicines and that too strong medicines, which she could neither take nor leave now! After that he advised her to get admitted. Gladly, we started mistrusting him enough till that time to admit her to pay him 10-15 k more maybe, which was ultimately what he cares about, which is money, She was saved and we consulted another doctor, who told that he was clearly prescribing wrong medicines. Now, I have heard that in vimhans hospital, a girl who had similar case as my family member, was again pushed into bipolar by dr samant's medicines and and was made to cut off from her parents as his stupid advice, in such a vulnerable state and when she got worse and admitted into hospital, she was given electric shocks which made her loose her whole memory about her graduation before her exam! Now, that's all i have to say!
While the doctor listens patiently and offers a non judgemental attitude to the patients, his team is very unprofessional, which made our experience with Dr Darshi bitter sweet. Whenever it's something money related, they are prompt in responding. But when it comes to the other aspects like sending the prescription etc they require multiple follow up calls to get things done.
