Patient Reviews (52)
Dr.Anjali Nagpal is the best doctor I've ever met. I've been treated here for 4 years.
I have tried many psychiatrists. I had many issues to tackle. I see the improvement in my quality of life. Anjali mam is a nice person who remembers everything about her patient. My experience with their Counsellor Ambika has been exceptional. Now a days I am more confident and stable. All my heartfelt gratitude.
Please don't trust the "5 star" reviews for this clinic. I suspect most of them are fake. Please go to any government hospital instead, they are much more trustworthy. 1. I visited this clinic 4 times and was made to wait for over an hour each time. 3 of these visits were booked by them but still they made me wait for more than one hour each time. Very unprofessional. The reports and doctors should be ready for the patient at the time of appointment, not after. 2. Much like some other reviews have suggested, they asked me to pay Rs. 7,000 for an assessment and said the report will be ready in 10 days. 10 days later, no response! When I called them they said that the report is not ready. Some days later when I did get the report, the doctor spent the ENTIRE session reading my report. Reading it, word to word! I read their other reviews and it turns out they use this tactic with other people to make profit. 3. The psychiatrist then prescribed me some medicines and suggested that the cause of my problem was not ADHD. I became very suspicious and took a SECOND and THIRD opinion and I was right, I had ADHD and not anxiety and depression like these doctors suggested. Had I listened to them I would have been spending a small fortune for a treatment which never would have worked. Very unethical
After paying a small fortune for the unnecessarily expensive sessions, I had to pay money to listen to doctor read my report. I also hate how they only spend 15-20 minutes per patient rather than devoting appropriate amount of time. I guess they are more concerned with making money than giving their patients proper care. Edit: Since I can't respond to the owner's reply separately, I'm posting mine here: Dear Serenity Clinic team, Nice try using marketing-language in your response. You can talk about your charity work and your imported technology all you want, but those are just words. They don't make up for your unethical services. How are your "imported technology" relevant to the price I had to pay? My sessions had nothing to do with your technology and infact I didn't even get to see these technologies you speak of. So, why do I have to pay exorbitant price for counseling sessions in which those technologies weren't used? And what about your team wasting so much time by reading reports in the session? I can see that all other negatives reviews have brought this up too. Do you purposely waste time on counseling session to afford those "high tech imported technologies" too? You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to capitalize on people desperately seeking medical attention.
