The psychology training program was a very enriching and insightful experience for me. The sessions were well-structured and informative, helping me understand practical aspects of psychology along with theoretical concepts. The guidance, approachability, and supportive environment made learning comfortable and motivating. This training helped me gain better clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of working with people and real-life psychological concerns. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity. Thank you for your efforts and dedication toward helping and guiding students.
I'm really happy to have connected with Sharmistha ma'am, my therapist, mentor and someone who I look upto. I had started taking the therapy at a time when I hit the rock bottom but with time, effort and guidance by ma'am, I am well and have started the recovery process, which ma'am says is miraculous. I thank my therapist Sharmistha ma'am, who has done such amazing work on my mental health. For those who wonder if therapy would help them in any way, I'd request them to please go ahead and get help. There's no dignity or sanity in staying in the dark. Help is available. Please get it. Recovery is possible.
The training and internship program by Ma'am was a rewarding experience. I have gained confidence thanks to Ma'am who is very supportive ,encouraging mentor and a guiding light. I gained so much knowledge and broadened my perspective through real life case studies. By the end of the program, I felt more confident and prepared to pursue psychology in the future.
The intership sessions were informative and interesting. Mam was inspiring and had given the practical knowledge and exposure to learn the practical skills in counseling. Had an enriching experience and was grateful to work and learn to able to bring awareness about mental health.
This program was so much more than just an internship. The case studies discussed emphasized on the work that needs to be done by mental health professionals. Dr. Gupta taught us how to be vocal, how to engage and listen intently. Being a great speaker herself, every session was interactive and informative. She urged us to explore our own psychology and understand ourselves. It was enriching to learn of the scope of work in the field and the contributions people can make if they focus on understanding without prejudice or preconceived notions. This was a wonderful opportunity and I would love to attend many more such sessions from ma'am.
