I recently visited Dr. Rathi for my mother's treatment. The Dr. was late but overall experience was good. He listened the problem carefully and gave proper time. Can not comment on the treatment right away as it's been only one week. Will update the comment based on the results.
But one issue I wanted to highlight is about the waiting area. There is definitely lack of seats. I saw even the patients struggling to get a seat to relax.
Please do something about the seating arrangements to offer a great patient experience.
