Am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Apollo BGS Mysore Hospital, especially Dr. Shankar Prasad,sir for their exceptional care and treatment of my 2-month-old baby who was diagnosed with pneumonia and a collapsed left lung. Before arriving at Apollo BGS, we visited multiple hospitals, but unfortunately, our baby's condition didn't improve despite spending a significant amount of money. However, everything changed when we admitted him to Apollo BGS Mysore. The hospital's efficient management and zero traffic ensured that my baby received immediate attention, despite his critical condition. Dr. Shankar Prasad's clear explanation of the issue and his team's dedication over the next two weeks were truly remarkable. He motivated us day and night, and his treatment plan worked wonders. The entire staff, including the nurses and support team, were incredibly caring and made my sister feel like she was at home. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the care and attention my baby received. Dr. Shankar Prasad is a true hero, and his team at Apollo BGS Mysore is a blessing to the medical community. We spent 14 days at the hospital, and when we were discharged, our baby was a completely different child – healthy and happy. I’m very glad we had the opportunity to consult Dr. Sanjeeva Rao Girimaji for my dad. He is an excellent doctor who took the time to patiently listen to my dad’s concerns and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. We never felt rushed, and he answered all our questions thoroughly, which helped us leave with a much better understanding of my dad’s condition. We truly need more doctors like him. I would also like to really appreciate the support provided by Mr. Radhakrishnan. From my first call to the hospital, through the booking process, and right up to completing my father’s full body check-up, he was extremely helpful and ensured the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Thank you for having such dedicated and supportive staff.

My grandfather underwent surgery at Apollo BGS Mysore, and our overall experience was very good. The surgery was successful, and my grandfather is doing much better now, which we are truly grateful for. A special mention to Dr. Kiran Kumara Shetty, an excellent doctor. He was very knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring throughout the treatment process. He explained things clearly and made us feel confident and comfortable. We are extremely thankful for his care and expertise. The deluxe ward nurses and staff were also very good. They were attentive, polite, and supportive, and the overall services provided during the stay were smooth and well managed. The only downside was the deluxe ward infrastructure. While the services were good, the ward itself looks quite old. Having seen deluxe wards in other hospitals that are more modern and premium, this one felt a bit underwhelming for the price charged. A renovation or upgrade would really improve the overall experience.

My sister recently underwent a septoplasty procedure, which was performed by Dr. Harindra, an ENT specialist. I must say that he is truly an amazing person and an exceptional doctor. From the very beginning, he explained the entire treatment process with clarity, answered all our questions patiently, and ensured that my sister felt comfortable and confident before the surgery. His expertise, kindness, and professional approach made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. The hospital itself provided an excellent environment for treatment and recovery. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was organized in a systematic manner, which helped reduce a lot of stress for us. The nurses were incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive throughout my sister’s stay. They regularly checked on her, managed her medications responsibly, and treated her with genuine compassion. Their polite and calm behavior made a huge difference during the recovery period. The hospital staff, including the reception team, administrative personnel, and ward staff, were very cooperative and helpful. They handled the registration, reports, and admission procedures efficiently and made sure we had all the necessary information. Their professionalism and friendly attitude added to the overall positive experience. The food provided by the hospital was hygienic, fresh, and served on time. They ensured that the meals matched the recommended diet and were suitable for a post-operative patient. The quality and cleanliness of the food were truly commendable. The cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hospital were excellent.We stayed in the Supreme ward The rooms, hallways, and washrooms were cleaned regularly, and the housekeeping team maintained a neat and sanitized environment at all times. This gave us a lot of confidence regarding the hospital’s safety and hygiene practices. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the treatment and care my sister received. I am genuinely grateful to Dr. Harindra, the nursing team, the staff members, and the entire hospital for their exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking professional and compassionate medical care.
