We opted for couple therapy with Dr.Tejas shah as we were facing a lot of problems in our relationship. Constant fights,miscommunication,failing to understand each other are some of the problems which didn’t allow us to be happy together.We started having sessions twice a week and to be honest it’s has not only helped our relationship but also on a individual level. The journey with Dr.Tejas was for 16 months. In these month we have built a positive personality, there is awareness now ,you see positive changes in yourself.Dr Tejas has helped to get the best out of me. The best part about him is the human touch which he understands very well, he understands that every individual is different and they require a different approach, he doesn’t go by the book rather feels the problem and heals every individual in a different way.He has saved our relation and has got me out of depression with his impeccable methods.

I took up therapy with Tejas when I was at the lowest point of my life. Facing severe anxiety, I went into therapy having absolutely no clue of what to expect. And Tejas helped pull me out of the depths of depression, slowly but surely. Tejas’ working style is reassuring — he treads softly and humanely, making sure that the patient does not feel uncomfortable during the therapy process. Initially, I had a feeling that he does not speak much and wondered if that was not a good thing. But I realised that when he does speak, his observations give you plenty of food for thought, and his subtle nudges can bring about a vast change in the way you see and process things. I did therapy with him for two years, at the end of which I emerged much more emotionally aware than I was when I started. The impact of the changes I was able to bring about manifests itself everyday in my life — and it feels great to notice how differently you respond to situations now. If there is one thing I would pick on with my experience - I found the therapy structure rigid. In that, I found no room for making any changes to the timings, etc, and you couldn’t speak much with him outside of therapy hours. I would put that down to his busy working schedule but on the odd occasion, I could not shake the feeling that he should have been more available emotionally. On the whole, it is not an overstatement for me to say Tejas changed my life. I shudder to think where I would have been today if I hadn’t taken up therapy in general, and therapy with Tejas in particular. If you’re considering therapy, working with Tejas is a decision you will not regret.
