I had reached out to Turtle balance for individual therapy sessions during a time when I felt everything going haywire, especially how I felt mentally. Sessions with Mita were like none other since I’ve been to other therapists before. The others would always give generic strategies which I knew too but couldn’t implement in a real life setting. But sessions with Mita felt like I was delving into my own mind, understanding the different parts of me that influence what I feel and how I react. She always brought in new modalities and new techniques into the session like parts work, role play, psycho drama and many more! Mita’s sessions and her passion for the human mind is not only seen by the extensive list of certifications that she has, but also by how she can touch a human mind so deeply! I thank Mita for what she has done for me, and how she has enabled me to reflect and implement this in everyday life! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling mentally!
I’ve had multiple sessions with Mita, and she feels more like a friend than a therapist. It’s hard to put into words how gentle and genuinely kind she is. She listened to me with so much patience and guided me through my toughest times, and I’m truly grateful for that. From the very first conversation, I felt at home with her even when I was far away from home. She has this calm presence, mixed with a lovely sense of humor, which helped me a lot (especially since I can be a little crazy 😄). If anyone is looking for a therapist or simply someone they can truly talk to, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mita. You’ll feel like talking to her more and more. Her presence alone makes you feel calmer and completely at ease. And her creative approach using psychodrama and expressive arts there are no words for it. It’s so interesting, unique, and incredibly helpful. It made a real difference for me.

A friend once told me, “just talk to Mita once” One conversation in and I remember thinking, okay… this might actually be something. I’m pretty sure I’ve been one of her toughest clients - always pushing back, always skeptical about every approach she suggested. But here I am today, genuinely a better version of myself, entirely because of her. Mita has this rare ability to cut through the noise, the stubbornness, the thick skin... all of it without ever making you feel judged or rushed. She gets you, even when you don’t get yourself. She shows up for you, challenges you, and somehow fixes things you didn’t even realise needed fixing. She makes you look at life and at your own patterns from a completely different perspective. Honestly, one of the best out there!
