1st half all she is not a MBBS doctor,but she gave tables for treatment and she collected amount 1 lack ruupes for treatment.but no use in treatment and we faced so many side effects by using the tablets .Don't waste your time and money ,if u have any psychological problem please contact MBBS doctors. Finally I contacted MBBS psychiatrist and got treated. Within one month the problem is rectified .it costs me only 10000rs .

Highly unethical and unsafe counselling setup. My brother approached this centre seeking counselling and shared extremely sensitive personal mental-health information in confidence. When he later refused to continue sessions due to the Rs. 5,000 per session fee, a person sitting at the reception — who then referred to herself as a “counsellor” — repeated and disclosed those confidential details back to him, using them to blame, shame and pressure him for not opting for paid counselling. This behaviour is deeply disturbing. Disclosing or weaponising a client’s private mental-health disclosures is a gross violation of confidentiality, professional ethics, and appears to be in breach of Section 23 of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, the constitutional right to privacy, and India’s data-protection principles. If reception staff are casually handling and repeating such sensitive information, it raises serious concerns about who is qualified here, how data is handled, and whether clients are actually safe in this environment. Mental-health support requires trust. Unfortunately, that basic standard was completely absent here. I would strongly caution anyone before sharing anything personal with this centre. Response to your reply: Your denial is noted. However, after my brother confronted your staff regarding the disclosure of confidential information, the relevant WhatsApp messages were deleted from your side. Screenshots of the conversation have been preserved. Further, the subsequent messages sent from your end were threatening in nature, pressuring and intimidating rather than addressing the issue professionally. The chat history clearly reflects this and is available for verification. Deletion of messages after confrontation and sending intimidating communications only strengthens the concerns raised in this review. The issue remains the same: confidential mental-health information was repeated and misused by non-clinical staff, which is unacceptable. This response is based on factual events and existing records. Any continued denial or misrepresentation may necessitate escalation to appropriate legal and regulatory forums.

Excellent care! This hospital provided outstanding treatment. A family member who had been suffering from depression for years finally found relief here. The doctors are compassionate, skilled, and truly dedicated. Highly recommended!
