I am not entirely sure if this would hold true today but my experience at this clinic was poor in 2015. I saw Dr Gupta for mental health issues at the time and all he did was hand me a prescription and said come back after 3 months. Nothing else. no explanation, no other recommendations, that was it! I left the clinic feeling confused. That’s definitely not worth your time or money. Good communication with young patients that builds rapport is a must so they can feel comfortable when they are feeling so vulnerable. If Dr Gupta had taken any initiative, even given me some helpful recommendations to watch online if he didn’t have enough time, that would have gone a long way and I would have gotten the help that I needed at the time. I give two stars instead of one because the clinic plays a role in raising awareness about mental health disorders in our community and that is needed!
