Being a budding counseling psychologist, I read so many books and attended webinars. Eventually I was looking for a supervision program. My initial queries on the supervision program was answered politely and was transparent. The fee was also affordable and finally I got the opportunity. I got to attend the program with individual attention where we discussed on those areas in therapy which is not found in any books and I got focus on those areas where I actually needed help in. He is friendly, empathetic, filled me with confidence and suggested me to start with simple things, and that made things more simpler to me. He also made me understand the practicality and limitations which is essential to know while learning to provide therapy. His approach was not what I expected which I heard from other supervisors on what they followed, but the experience was real. The back to back sessions was an everyday task, and it helped me to think like a therapist and gave a good Kickstart. He is also very inspiring and is very firm and goal oriented in his approach and sticks to topic and tasks. Also his place has a cozy, comfortable vibe which creates the ambience for you to feel warm apart from the fact that he maintains his space very sacredly which you do feel when you sit in the arena with him.
