"Chethana Hospital has good facilities and doctors, but the receptionist's behavior was disappointing. One of the staff misguided a doctor, and I got the brunt of it. The doctor was rude, but I think a bit of training on communication and empathy wouldn't hurt the reception team. Hope they work on improving their staff's behavior."

Please don’t go to this hellhole for god’s sake! 🙏 Very egoistic doctor. Omg the therapists are the worst. No confidentiality whatsoever. Everything you share during your therapy would be shared to your parents. Please don’t go there if you don’t want your life to get ruined 🙏 I would really like to sue this hospital but I don’t have that kind of financial backing for that. But one day, I’m definitely suing this hospital and Mr. Suresh Kumar for you unethical medical practice

* - Hospital atmosphere is avarage. *- Treatement is professional and very expensive. * - suresh kumar is well experienced doctor. *- most staffs are friendly, nd also some of them are very rude and arrogent.( especially one thamil security from the second flor). *- they charging (nursing fees 450 per day) ( 2 time giving medicine nd one time bp checking its very high as compared with normal people. * - Additionally Ancillary charge per day 500, i didnt understnd actually and also consumable charge 450per day.. * Treatement and caring is good with expensive, cant be affordable with normal persons. * - All fecilities, like centralised ac and canteen also with the hospital.

I like everything about this place except Dr. PN Suresh Kumar, everything is very systematic but he prescribed unnecessary medicines so that we get a feeling he solves the problem. He is also extremely egoistic and doesn't show it to anyone, but once when I questioned him about the dosage given to me in a calm manner, he said "appo njan pottana?" Now I'm not the most mature person in the world but is that something a seemingly reputed psychiatrist with a high education should say? I only went there because my family forced me to, i don't even have major problems, just a toxic family. Never going back to this place and I will make sure none of my close ones do either

I recently visited Chethana, Calicut with my friend for his OPD consultation, and it was a truly positive experience. Dr. P. N. Sureshkumar is very experienced, and his approach gave my friend great confidence and comfort. The doctors and nurses were professional, warm, and responsive throughout our visit. The facility is clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed, which made the entire process smooth. Special thanks to the nursing team for their kindness and attentiveness, even during busy hours. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for and I would highly recommend Chethana to anyone seeking quality and compassionate healthcare.
