With reference to the reply of Metromind Hospital’s owner, Dr. Talhath, since there was no option to respond directly to his reply comment, replying here through another ID. His comment specified the victim; but completely ignored the real issue—her untimely death caused by medical negligence, based on a forged medical certificate issued by this hospital. As the doctor himself referred to the victim, certain clarifications are necessary. Dr. Talhath claimed that the victim (deceased) was admitted to his hospital for only ONE DAY. However, the forged medical certificate/report issued by his hospital falsely states that she was admitted for four and a half months, along with a fabricated diagnosis of Bipolar Affective Disorder. This document was the main basis for obtaining a court order that was misused for her illegal, forceful admission. In reality, the victim was forcefully taken away by this hospital staff (including male employees) on two occasions—once for 28 days in Feb–Mar 2022, and again for 16 days in Aug 2022—while her father was abroad. In April 2022, her father personally met Dr. Talhath, who openly admitted that the victim had no major health issue, only an ego-related concern that could be handled without medication or treatment. The father agreed to the suggestion of the doctor that the other party required psychiatric treatment, not the victim. Despite this, this hospital again sent its staff to forcibly intrude into the victim’s flat and take her away, purely for profit-driven motives. The father later intervened, which finally led to her discharge from the last admission. Yet, after this discharge, the hospital still issued a forged certificate stating a four-and-a-half-month admission with a false diagnosis, which was used as the basis for the court order. The doctor’s unprofessional standards and culture stand exposed once again. His cheap and derogatory remark—comparing natural processes like having children in marriage to an unrelated matter—shows the insensitivity of a so-called psychiatric professional. While no blame falls upon sincere and genuine doctors, those who indulge in the dirtiest conspiracies without proper investigation and inquiry bear full responsibility for destroying a dignified life. This is not baseless talk. All proofs and evidence—conversations, discussions, WhatsApp texts, and voice recordings—are available and can be produced before any competent legal authority.

I must say, this is my 2nd life. I have visited here after meeting many psychologist and psychiatrists in and around cochin and nearby districts. But none of them given me a proper explanation about my issues which i was facing for past 4 years. I am so thank ful to Dr Thalhath, Dr Arshitha, Dr Zeenath, Dr Titus, Ms Amritha, Ms Cindrella and each and every one among nursing field and other team members for their professional support which returns back to my normal life. The entire crew works together and their friendly behaviour itself is their main identity and it was the one which differs Metro Mind as unique one in this profession. I never felt like iam away from my home. That is only because of their friendly behaviour to each and every patient, even though few among patients were behave very rude to them. The smile on each staffs face itself giving us relief and i must say it was not fake, when compared to other places which i visited. I wish more success to Metro Mind and to its leader Dr Thalhath.
