I met Dr meghna just a couple of months back. Usually people mark counselling and healing are required to those who are weak but after meeting Dr meghna I understood how important it is when someone listens to you and guide your emotions in a right direction at right time when even your close ones are unable to understand without judgement. Even I have realised the importance of counselling before but hesitated to share the importance to my family and later it turned into a major panic attack. Today after a couple of sessions with Dr meghna coupling with consistent effort, I feel emotionally stable and acceptance from my mind of who I am. Also, her examples helped me understand where and how in my life I can improve so I can be peace with myself and others. Thank you Dr meghna your guidence, patient listening and warmth in every session helped me regulating my emotions and understand that even the strongest person require support.
‘Humein apne mann ko sadhna seekhna hai.’ ~ Dr. Meghna Mittal. At the beginning of 2025, I promised myself that I shall find out the cause of my stress that were archiving themselves at the back of my head. It was agonising to live constantly panicked and then I chose to visit Dr. Meghna. Just at the first visit I felt the warmth and my emotions flowing out. Her patience and space supported me to ooze out as much the mind and body weren’t able to hold anymore, thereafter her therapy made me walk over my shadows, made me understand my identity and slowly guide me toward calming myself through exercises, deep self reflections, gentle acceptance and clarity. During the space between our sessions I would internalise and practice her tips and advices and that would rescue me. It took almost a year for me to become a much better version, exited from overwhelming experiences, united my body,mind and soul as I promised myself. I am so grateful to have found her as my healer 🪷🙏
At first I was hesitant to see a therapist because I thought my problems were not big enough and that therapy was only for people with serious issues. But after meeting Meghna, I realized how much it helps to have someone who listens patiently and without judgment. She helped me understand myself better, prioritize my own well-being, and reminded me that my feelings are valid. Meghna also gave me simple ways to manage overwhelming emotions, work through past traumas, and make life feel beautiful again. I was lucky to find Meghna , i was a bit hesitant in the starting to opt. For any kind of help but after i met Meghna i’am glad i took that step.
