Sir, you may be doing a great service on the other side, but when patients approach to you, you should address their problem from their perspective and help according to their needs, that’s what a psychologist generally does. What you are doing is advertising/showcasing your programs instead, which are not bad, but this is not what patient wanted, they wanted you to understand their problem. If you cannot do that don’t call yourself psychologist. People approach you as you did keep the title psychologist, but you are not doing the work of psychologist, better change the title or do a work of psychologist.

Sir with all due respect we paid thousands as sessions fee for hearing out our issues and possibly get some professional help, certainly not to hear out your marketing session/ high priced magical sessions of yours whatever you prefer to call them. Please do not play with the patients, we come to you for professional help believe me it takes lot of strength for an individual to come out for help. And if this is what you want to offer "MARKETING SESSION" then I'm sorry IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you are a professional Psychologist with 25 years of experience like you've mentioned then please behave like one, once you've completed the full session for what was promised at the time of appointment and fee payment, then give out the information of your next level sessions and give some time to think over it, if they want to take it, if they are comfortable with everything, people wouldn't float around with lakhs of rupees to pay-up on the spot. If you realize the patient came to you for help. This type of service has to stop PLEASE. Also, please stop this habit of forcing patients to write the reviews then and there at your clinic. People come to you for help, not really ready for all this. If we really like your service we will post the reviews that is how the reviews work, please do not hijack the system and mislead people who are trying to search for real help.
