I am on treatment for many years now. His experience and expertise has helped me to a great extent. I am on minimal medicines now and doing a job regularly. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had booked and paid for a video consultation as a follow-up session. At the scheduled appointment time, the clinic staff stopped responding to calls. After repeated attempts, someone finally answered and informed me that the doctor was not available, and the conversation quickly turned rude and unprofessional. The staff refunded the consultation fee and bluntly asked me not to call again, without any explanation or apology. As a patient seeking mental health support, this lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic communication was extremely upsetting. Because this was a follow-up consultation, I was left with no option but to urgently look for another psychiatrist.
