“I am writing this review as a serious warning based on my personal experience. I left this clinic feeling unheard, rushed, and honestly, extremely disappointed. The consultation felt more like a formality than actual care. Within minutes of sitting down, the staff kept entering the room, interrupting the session, and pushing me out for the next patient. For ₹900, I expected at least basic attention, but instead I felt constantly rushed. Every single visit — even if it was just to ask a small doubt — was charged ₹900 again. From the moment you enter, the reception staff keeps repeating ‘pay the fee,’ which made the whole environment feel more transactional than medical. It genuinely felt like the focus was on payment rather than patient wellbeing. The medicines prescribed were available only at the clinic, and when I tried to ask questions about them, I did not receive clear answers. When I later experienced restlessness after taking them, I called the clinic hoping for guidance. Instead, I was told nothing could be discussed on call and that I had to visit again and pay the fee. At a time when I was feeling mentally unsettled, this response felt extremely insensitive. People often say doctors are like God, but my experience here made me feel the exact opposite. I left feeling like my mental health concerns were treated casually, without seriousness or compassion. For someone already struggling, this was very painful.You will end up in a loop where u kept giving her money thats it … Based on everything I went through, I truly want to warn others: please be very careful before visiting this clinic. My experience was distressing, unsupportive, and deeply disappointing.”
patient is better now anxiety and depressive symptoms are better . now feeling very light my headache is better and medication has helped . I am happy now. counselling is effective. dr manveer is very efficient doctor. let's hope my treatment will be over soon .and go back my life
