Any doubts or questions are never taken lightly; everything is listened to carefully and explained properly. The clinic’s approach is not limited to just prescribing medicines and finishing the process. Counseling is taken seriously, with a focus on helping the patient become stable gradually. Issues like depression are not treated casually but are addressed by understanding them at a deeper, root level. The staff and doctors maintain a high level of courtesy and communicate without any attitude. The clinic does not make false claims of instant cures; instead, it follows a realistic and honest treatment process. Very disappointing experience. One of my loved ones had a terrible experience at Happy Brain India Clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were not even allowed to meet the doctor. We only went to ask about a medicine that the doctor himself had prescribed just three days earlier, but the staff insisted on paying the full consultation fee again just to ask a simple question. They claimed the doctor demanded it. The way the receptionist spoke was disrespectful and felt like harassment of the patient and family. There was no empathy, no basic courtesy, especially when dealing with people who are already under mental stress. This clinic seems more focused on money than patient care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointing and insensitive experience at a psychiatric clinic A loved one visited Dr. Meenakshi Jain for the first time and was advised to get certain medical tests done and was prescribed medication. Unfortunately, the medicine showed no improvement. Three days later, when the patient returned to get the tests done which costed in thousands and only wanted to clarify about the already prescribed medicine, the clinic staff outright refused to let the patient meet the doctor unless another full consultation fee was paid. The receptionist went inside to ask the doctor about the patient’s concern and came back insisting on payment again, while the male staff at the reception behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. This is a psychiatric clinic. Patients come here vulnerable, anxious, and seeking care, not hostility. Refusing to even listen to a patient’s concern about a medicine that didn’t work and demanding money before any discussion is unacceptable. The behaviour of both the doctor and staff lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. Mental health treatment requires compassion. Unfortunately, this clinic offers none. Would not recommend this place to anyone seeking genuine care.
