Disliked the approach of the psychologist. The invalidation I faced from her while dealing with my childhood trauma was not only unprofessional but re-traumatizing. May be she's not trauma-informed or whatever, in that case a referral would have been more appropriate. But that rarely happens in private clinics. However, the doctor was quite empathetic and actively supportive through my healing. I ought to appreciate her sincere work.

I had a disappointing experience. I booked an online counselling session for ₹1300 to address issues related to my kids’ behaviour. During the 35-minute session, we explained our concerns, but the counsellor only said she would forward our case to another person without giving any practical tips or solutions. I felt let down, as we had paid for guidance but didn’t receive any. When I raised this on their WhatsApp, they responded that since no solution was provided in the first session, the next session would be free. I appreciated that and scheduled another appointment. However, at the last moment, they insisted on having my child’s IQ test results before proceeding. I explained the situation again, and they said they would reconnect later—but after that, I never heard back from them. Overall, I feel my money was wasted and the service was unprofessional.
