I had been going through a difficult time mentally and took counselling sessions with Bharati Madam. I have completed three sessions so far, and I genuinely feel better after each session. She listens very carefully to our concerns and guides me on how to improve and handle situations in a healthier way. I am happy that I found someone who provides clarity and helps pave the way in understanding my thoughts and emotions better. One suggestion for improvement would be to extend the counselling sessions. Currently, they are time-bound to 45 minutes, and increasing it to about an hour would allow for more in depth discussion.
