We went there after having informed the doctor half an hour in advance about the appointment.
But when we reached there, the doctor saw two other patients before us, and then, went into a 'supposedly' 10 minutes long conference call, which actually never ended even after us waiting over there for over an hour. We had to leave.
If only the doctor and his staff members had the courtesy to tell us in advance of the duration of the call instead of telling us every 10 minutes that the call would only last 5 more minutes, we would have instead seen to our other tasks.
Unprofessional behaviour, unfortunately.
