The Worst patient management. Dont have any respect towards patients. It deserves negative ranking. Treatment part and Dr Consultation only Good
It was my first visit. I went to meet psychiatrist. Overall, my experience was neither particularly positive nor negative. I did encounter rude behavior from one staff member; however, from a human perspective, it is possible that she was having a difficult day or was under work-related pressure. Although there was a waiting period before meeting the doctor, the consultation itself was worthwhile. The doctor conducted a thorough assessment of the patient and assisted in finalizing a detailed report. The report comprehensively covered all aspects of the patient’s condition. At this point, we are satisfied with the services provided and hope to receive the same level of care in the future
I know someone who’s admitted in the ICU at nimhans. And the lack of sense and responsibility in that hospital is just pathetic. The patient was admitted in the ICU and had a couple of friends waiting outside after surgery. And the hospital made the friends change the patient’s clothes (after the surgery). Just imagine how pathetic that is. What is the point of having nurses??? I don’t think even the worst hospital in would do that. I would never recommend such a hospital to anyone. If there was an option to rate the hospital without stars, I wouldn’t give it even one.
It's true that the newcomers have to wait longer for the consultation of the Dr and another demerit is that you can't visit the doctor more than once in a week. Stuffs are too rude to co-operate the patients and attendant. Except these above, everything is well and good because as it is a govt.Hospital so that it could be difficult to maintain the premises as like pvt.Hospital. Such As Manipal Hospital and ors Pvt Hospital all over the India.
This hospital isn't well-kept like most government hospitals. The ICU staff are really rude to visitors, and the toilets are dirty and smelly. People even sleep and sit on the floor outside. India is known for good healthcare, but we need to make hospitals better for everyone's experience.
