Worst Experience ever doctor not come at regular time and also their consulting fee to high Never Recommend 😡🤬

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. Deeply disappointed and frustrated. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a doctor. Doctor does not have time sense at all. We need to wait minimum 2hrs for the doctor to come. I reached their clinic at 6.15pm coz they had asked to come before 06.30pm. But doctor did not come till 8:30pm. Clinic Timings are 07:00pm-08:30pm but the doctor didn’t come to clinic even at 08:30pm. They do not take even appointment over phone, the patient has to come and wait for more than 2hrs. Even after waiting the doctor does not see the patient for more than 2mins. Just because patient are dependent on them they cannot take advantage of this. Emergencies can happen — we understand that. But not informing your clinic or your patients is unfair and disrespectful. Our time, our health, our emotions — they all matter. Patients deserve dignity, communication, and timely care — not prolonged neglect and silence. But being so careless and unprofessional is not accepted.

I have been here 3 times and the doctor is always late. we have to wait for 2 hours then the doctor comes and he has no time to listen only listen for 5 minutes and give medication who cost 500₹ per consulting only to listen for hardly 5 minutes and also the lady at the reception is the main problem fighting with other patients does not handling things professionally, horrible behaviour always angry and rude. this doctor is good but is not professional enough, the lady who sits at the pharmacy is good and is professional but the doctor and the receptionist are unprofessional very unprofessional (few days ago I had been there doctor came after two hours it took time for my turn till then the receptionist shouted one patient then she shouted at a baby a girl who was 4 year old instead of telling her parents she shouted that kid and she started crying here we come to fix our mental health and she ruins it it’s so unprofessional) she is so loud my goodness and not fit to be around patient with mental illness as someone who is sensitive to people I don’t expect such behaviour from someone who works at a place where they are suppose to take care of someone which mental issues, I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone unless it’s an emergency thank you.

Doctor don't have sufficient time to listen patient as he is engaged in multi activity. Not listen your problem patiently. Commercial. I felt I lost neary 1000 rs by visiting doctor. Not worth visiting waste of time and money.according to me doctor who don't give sufficient time to listen patient he is not psychasist. Even by suggestions motivation u can cure patient but they will write prescription where he will earn. I hadn't not taken his tablets.government should not allow pharmacy in the premises of consulting doctor.
