Hello everyone reading this. It's in itself a huge sign that you have taken a step towards your mental health and being guided to this place. Talking about my experience here, it has significantly changed the way I look at my life 15days ago to what I feel today. I had visited sir 2years ago with same issues but chose to avoid it back then and reached a point were I had constant anxiety for almost a year now. It shook me when I started getting negative thoughts for every little thing going around me and I knew it was my alarm call. I reached out again and immediately started with my sessions. This is not a treatment it's a mirror that shows us what we are and want our mind genuinely wants us to be. I will be eternally grateful to sir for guiding me out through this so smoothly that today I feel better to be me again without being guilty. But it is sole responsibility of any one coming here to constantly work on themselves no matter what, as change is something we bring by ourselves. Sir is really great at healing a person, you'll find the courage and positive self belief and lot more relaxation to the mind.
